I always feel a sense of amazement, childish joy and mystical wonder every time I see the Full Moon.
So instead of telling you what is the meaning of March Full Moon and give you a certain list of crystals, I’d rather invite you to EXPERIENCE directly and find what the Moon is telling YOU.

4. Tune into your emotions and seek the truth at the Full Moon

The Moon will show you the way, she’ll shine her grandiose luminescence over your life so you can see the truth.

Full Moon energy is most of the times tumultuous. Can be confusing emotionally. That’s why I suggest you write everything you feel in your journal, but not take action based on your emotions at this time.
What you now live with intensity is like a volcano of emotions that erupts and brings to the surface something you need to know.
You may not make sense of it straightaway and that’s ok.
Stay with it, allow everything to pass, so you can unveil the essence of truth later, at the right time.

Choose the one that you are intuitively drawn to, hold it between your palms and ask it to support you. Stay with it for at least 10 minutes, perhaps while listening to calming music and you’ll feel better afterwards.

How I work with crystals for healing at the Full Moon
To me every Full Moon is different than the previous one, the energy is never the same, but my tiredness is.
Yes, I do feel tired at the Full Moon.
I also feel sad.
Some full Moons I’ll even cry the whole day.
And write pages after pages in my journal.
Others I’ll just sit in bed watching Netflix. And no, I am not a film-watching kinda’ girl, but the Full Moon is actually the only time when I sit and watch a film from start to finish.
I like rose quartz at the Full Moon to remind me that I need to take care of myself. Because my work involves so much giving, teaching and supporting other people, many times I tend to neglect my own needs. But rose quartz helps me remember to pause, rest, exercise and say NO.
